While we strive to assist all cyclists, we also reserve the right to refuse service on any bicycle, including e-bikes. This refusal may be based on the bicycle's origin of purchase (e.g., purchased online or from another retailer), brand, condition, or any other factor we deem relevant. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our current service offerings.
